Under Age Drinking

Dear NHW Members
This is a reminder that Under Age Drinking is against the law for young people under the age of 18.
Anyone caught buying or selling alcohol for young people will receive a fixed penalty fine of £90 or can be taken to court.
If you suspect under age people drinking in your area or suspect that alcohol is being purchased or sold for consumption by young people  then please report it by calling 101. 
It is a known fact that reducing young peoples consumption of alcohol also reduces Anti-Social behaviour.
Remember if you are a parent, grandparent, friend or indeed a stranger it is against the law to purchase alcohol for young people.
