General Meeting and AGM

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

Dear NHW Members
This notification is to confirm that County Durham & Darlington NHW Force Association will hold a General Meeting followed by their AGM on Tuesday 29th January 2019 commencing at 7pm. Venue will be Coxhoe Village Hall, Coxhoe, County Durham,DH6 4DB. There is a car park next to the hall.
The principal guest speaker will be John Hayward-Cripps, CEO National Neighbourhood Watch Network, followed by Rona Stocks, County Durham Constabulary Crime Prevention Officer.
John is travelling up from Brighton to give what will be a very informative presentation as with the presentation by Rona.
Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be available from 6.30pm free of charge but a small raffle will be held.
A copy of the evenings agenda is attached.
Although the Board and Committee have indicated they will seek re-election for 2019 the Association would welcome new members especially a person who would be willing to stand as Deputy Chair or as a committee member. 
Any Neighbourhood Watch Network Member residing in County Durham or Darlington who wishes to be considered to serve on the committee are requested to apply in writing  giving a broad outline of their background and what they feel they can bring to the Association.

Members wishing to attend the General Meeting and AGM only, please notify Jim on same means as above by Monday 28th January 2019.
