Update on Road Safety Issues Where You Live

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding road safety issues including speeding, dangerous driving and parking, which people where you live are highlighting as an issue of concern in their survey responses.

On 18 December 2025, a Community Speedwatch was carried out in Hurworth along The Green and Church Row between 12 pm and 13:30 pm. During this time, no vehicles were recorded as being over the speed limit. We will be carrying out regular speed checks in various locations around the village.
