A CPN (Community Protection Warning) has been issued to a dog owner due to reports of them allowing their dog to escape from them and their property, and to be out of control in a public place. Officers have attended the New Kyo Partnership Meeting.PCSOs attended pop-up a PACT held at Asda, Stanley, speaking to members of the public, the issues raised included the continuing problem with off-road bikes.On Friday, a drone flight was conducted over South Moor and South Stanley to detect, observe and record off road bikes for investigation and seizure.This week PCSOs have assisted with several Road Traffic Collisions (RTCs); Including being called to conduct traffic control following an RTC at Humber Hill and to assist recovery services with recovery of the vehicle. All persons were unharmed.A driver was arrested and locked up for failing a drug wipe test.Patrols have been conducted at Greenland School. Several cars were moved on due to being parked on double yellow lines. Patrols have also been conducted at Burnside Primary School.Officers attend Stanley Bus Station following reports of youths throwing stones at vehicles and causing anti-social behaviour. Enquiries are ongoing to obtain CCTV in order to identify the youths involved. A youth who was identified for throwing milkshake at bungalow Reynolds Close, causing extreme distress to the resident, has been seen and warned. Officers have also been busy conducting house to house enquiries and CCTV enquiries for investigations of criminal damage, robbery and vehicle interference, along with obtaining CCTV from local stores in relation multiple incidents of shoplifting Upcoming PACT meetings and Drop-ins: 18th February - 1pm - Drop-in at the Louisa Centre, Stanley19th February - 2pm - Drop-in at Annfield Plain Community Centre.19th February - 6pm - PACT meeting at Dipton Jubilee Centre for residents of both Dipton and Burnopfield.
