Good Morning Keeping in the Know, 

Here is just a little snippet of what your Bishop Auckland Neighbourhood Policing Team was up to last week:

🚓 On Monday, PC Moran interviewed and charged a male with shoplifting and assault and will appear at court in the coming months.

🚓 On Wednesday officers from the neighbourhood team, with assistance from colleagues from Darlington and Peterlee and dog section executed a magistrates warrant in the Eldon Lane area, arrests were made, a quantity of drugs were located and seized, and the investigation continues. 

🚓 On Wednesday PCSO Foggin attended the monthly Pubwatch meeting linking in with local licensees.

🚓 On Friday, PC Neil and PCSO Robinson attended Oakley Cross Primary School to speak with staff and student, thank you again for having us.

🚓 On Friday alongside colleagues in response, officers attended to assist with a search for suspects involved in a theft of JCB, one male was arrested, and the vehicle recovered.

🚓 On Saturday, PCSO Strophair and PCSO Foggin assisted a family stranded in Hamsterley Forest due to poor road conditions.

🚓 On Saturday PC Moran and PCSO Stoddart made the most of the sun and conducted foot patrols in South Church and Henknowle. 

🚓 On Sunday PC Moran interviewed a male for shoplifting offences, the offences were admitted and will be dealt with accordingly.

🚓 Officers conducted a number of CCTV enquiries for incidents of shoplifting, vehicle crime and anti-social behaviour in the area.

👋 Today, PCSO Atkinson will be holding a drop-in session at Starbucks, St. Helen Auckland from 14:00-15:00hrs.

👋 Wednesday 18th February, Bishop Auckland Town & Toronto PACT Meeting at Morrisons Café, Bishop Auckland at 18:00hrs.

👋 Thursday 19th February, Coundon and Leeholme PACT Meeting at Leeholme Community Centre at 18:30hrs.
