Update on Shop Theft Where You Live

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding shop theft issues, which people where you live are highlighting as an issue of concern in their survey responses.

⚠️ Whilst on patrol around Middle Street, PCSOs Walker and Connah were alerted to a shoplifting which had occurred at a local shop 🕵🏻‍♂️The description of the male was quickly shared and PCSOs Burnip and McKenna soon spotted the suspect in the Town Centre 👀. He attempted to avoid officers but was stopped until further assistance arrived.
Thanks to great teamwork, the male was arrested by SGT 2703 and taken into custody by PC 9081, later being interviewed and charged with the offences 👏
