Fires

Over the last few weeks, police and the fire service have been responding to a number of incidents involving deliberate fires in the wooded areas.

These fires are extremely dangerous and can spread rapidly through woodland, putting people, wildlife and nearby properties at risk.

If you see anyone setting fires or notice and fires in the area, please report it immediately. In an emergency, always call 999.
