Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

Dear All
County Durham & Darlington NHW Force Association will be holding a General Meeting followed by their AGM on Tuesday 29th January 2019. Venue is Coxoe Village Hall, Coxhoe,County Durham. DH6 4DB. There is a car park adjacent to the hall.
Tea/coffee and biscuit will be available from 6.30pm and a small raffle will be held. The meeting will commence at 7pm.
The principal guest speaker will be John Hayward-Cripps,CEO National Neighbourhood Watch Network, followed by Rona Stocks, County Durham Constabulary Crime prevention Officer.
This meeting is a great opportunity to hear from John about the changes being made within NHWN and what support we as members in County Durham can expect. Like wise, Rona Stocks will bring us up to date on home security and what we can do to safeguard our homes and property.
The Association is always looking to encourage new committee members to join us, so if you feel you have something to offer as a committee or indeed board member, then please contact Jim Allen on Mobile: 07521 791482 or email: jimb2944@virginmedia.com.
The present board and committee have indicated that they will stand again for 2019 but additional members are always welcome to assist with our ever increasing work load as we expand and take on more commitments within the county.
Members wishing to attend the General Meeting and AGM are requested to notify Jim Allen as above by Monday 28th January 2019 so that members attending can be catered for.
I do hope you are able to attend, meet other members, exchange views and raise any questions you have with John from NHWN and your County Durham Association committee.
Kind regards
Jim Allen
Chair
County Durham &Darlington
