Alert message sent 21/02/2020 14:44:00

Information sent on behalf of Durham Constabulary

There are just 7 days left to apply for the uniformed role of Police Community Support Volunteer (PCSV).

Volunteers will be based within the neighbourhood beat teams and must be able to commit to a minimum of four hours a week in the non-confrontational role, for a minimum of 18 months.

We would particularly like to hear from applicants from rural areas and also value more mature applicants and those that can bring life experience to the role. There is no age limit.

If you think you have what it takes, please contact your local Neighbourhood Policing Team Inspector.

You can also visit durham.police.uk and download the application and hand it in to main reception, Durham Constabulary, Police Headquarters, Aykley Heads, during office hours only or by post to HR & Health Services, Durham Constabulary, Police Headquarters Aykley Heads, Durham, DH1 5TT. Office hours are Monday to Friday 7.45am. to 5.15pm.

Good luck!
